Common questions

Know what to expect before you begin.

Can I appeal a denied medication or prior authorization?

Many denials can be appealed, but the appeal-rights section of your own notice controls. Confirm the filing deadline and submission address directly with your insurer.

Will GetMyYes send anything for me?

No. You review every document and decide whether and how to send it. GetMyYes does not communicate with your insurer or doctor on your behalf.

What happens to my uploaded documents?

Unsaved guest uploads normally auto-delete after 24 hours. A case kept through an account follows the retention periods in the Privacy Policy, and you can delete it from Settings.

Is approval guaranteed?

No. Every appeal depends on the plan, facts, evidence, deadline, and reviewer. GetMyYes helps organize and draft documents; it cannot decide medical necessity or guarantee an outcome.

What if the packet contains an error?

Contact support@getmyyes.com within 14 days. Under the accuracy guarantee, the packet will be corrected or refunded when the stated conditions apply.

Can someone help me use the website?

Yes. Email support@getmyyes.com. Accessibility information and known limitations are published in the Accessibility Statement.
